StoneSwap provides Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered tools for image generation, editing, and enhancement. You understand that the services are provided "AS-IS" and that we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. AI-Generated Content

  • Accuracy: AI generation is probabilistic. We do not guarantee that the outputs will be accurate, unique, or suitable for your specific needs.
  • Ownership: Subject to applicable laws, you own the rights to the images you generate using our platform, provided you have complied with these terms. We hereby assign to you all rights, title, and interest in and to such generations.
  • Liability: You are solely responsible for the content you generate. You agree not to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, pornographic, or infringes on the rights of others.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment and Credits

Certain features require the purchase of credits or a subscription. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

6. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
