Billing questions
What’s the difference between Monthly and Annual?
Same plans, same designs every month. Annual is billed once a year and costs up to 2 months less ($299 or $799 a year).
What happens to designs I don’t use?
Plan designs refill on your billing date each month; unused ones don’t roll over. Extra designs you add yourself last 6 months.
Can my team share one plan?
On Pro, up to 5 team members design from the same plan and see the same designs.
Is there a free trial?
You set up your whole design first — photo, products, where they go — and only pick a plan to make it.
