Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and StoneSwap Inc., doing business as StoneSwap (“StoneSwap”, “we”), for the use of stoneswap.ai. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

Your account

StoneSwap is a tool for businesses. You must be at least 18 and using the service for your trade or business. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else is using your account. When your account is part of a team, the team owner is responsible for what members do with the owner’s plan and designs. Give us accurate business details — they appear on the share links and proposals you send to your clients.

Plans and designs

StoneSwap is a paid service; there are no free or trial designs. A plan gives you a number of designs each month: Starter and Pro are described on the pricing section of the site and on the Get Designs page, billed monthly or yearly. Plan designs refill every month — on a yearly plan too, on the same day each month — and unused plan designs do not roll over. You can buy extra designs at any time while you have a plan (or before your first one); extra designs are used after your plan designs and expire 6 months after purchase. Client share links, proposal PDFs, your logo on designs, your own products and past jobs, 2K High Quality images, the High quality setting and the StoneSwap app for ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are included with Pro and with plans bought before October 2026; links you already sent keep working on any plan.

Every design — a new design or a Small Edit, at any quality setting — uses one design from your balance. If a design cannot be completed because of a problem on our side, it is returned to your balance automatically; a request that our safety checks stop because it is not a real outdoor project is returned as well. A request that breaks the acceptable use rules is stopped and is not returned. We never delete your finished designs; you can hide them from your list at any time.

Payments, renewals and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply to you. If a renewal payment fails, we tell you by email and keep your plan designs available for 3 days while you update your card; after that, plan designs pause until a payment succeeds, and if none does the plan ends. We may change prices for a later period with at least 30 days’ notice by email.

Refunds. Plans renew monthly or yearly and can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the paid period; fees already paid are non-refundable, including unused plan designs, except where the law requires otherwise or a charge was made in error — email contact@stoneswap.ai within 14 days and a duplicate or mistaken charge is refunded. Top-up designs are non-refundable once purchased and expire 6 months after purchase.

You cancel from the Get Designs page; the plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for and you keep using it until then. You can undo a scheduled cancellation before the period ends. When a plan you cancelled on or after October 9, 2026 ends (or ends because payment failed): any unused plan designs end with it; your designs stay saved and you can still view them, but making, sharing and downloading designs, and using extra designs, need an active or paused plan again; the share links and proposal QR codes you already sent keep working. Restarting any plan restores all of it, except the unused plan designs. We never delete your designs because a plan ended.

Monthly plans can be paused for 1 to 4 months in all: the renewal charges in that time are skipped, the designs you have left stay usable, and the plan restarts and refills on the date shown when you pause (we email you a week before). You can restart sooner, which charges the plan price that day and refills your designs. Yearly plans renew for another year at the yearly price unless you cancel before the renewal date; we remind you by email about three weeks before. Moving from monthly to yearly takes effect immediately, with the unused part of the current month credited; moving from yearly to monthly takes effect at the yearly renewal. Upgrading takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata; downgrading takes effect at the next renewal.

Your content and the AI

You keep every right you have in the photos, drawings, instructions and logo you upload. You confirm that you are allowed to use them and to show the property in them, and you give us permission to store and process them, and to send them to the AI providers we use, for the sole purpose of producing and delivering your designs and the features around them (share links, proposals, the project description). You own the designs generated for you to the extent the law allows and may use them in your business.

Designs are AI-generated concepts for inspiration and sales conversations. The appearance, colour, texture, lay pattern and placement of products in a design are not guaranteed and may differ significantly from the real products; a design is not a plan, a survey or an engineering document. Verify every product and design choice with the manufacturer and your own professional judgment before quoting, purchasing or building.

Share links and proposals

A share link is a public page: anyone who has the link can open it, and it does not expire on its own. You decide whom to send it to and whether it shows the products in the design. The printable proposal carries your business details, the design, the products (unless switched off), a QR code to the share link and the disclaimer above; you are responsible for what you present to your clients and for the quotes you attach. Your logo, if you upload one, may be placed on designs and proposals for your account only.

Acceptable use

Use StoneSwap only for real outdoor projects. Do not upload photos you have no right to use, images of people, or anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent or deceptive; do not try to make the service produce such content, to manipulate the models, to overload or probe the service, to scrape it, or to resell access without an agreement with us. Automated checks stop requests that break these rules; a request found to be deliberate misuse is not returned to your balance and we may suspend or close the account without refund.

The service

We keep improving StoneSwap and may add, change or remove features, models and product catalogues. We aim for the service to be available at all times but it may be interrupted for maintenance, by our providers or by events outside our control. The product catalogue is compiled from manufacturers’ published information and may be incomplete or out of date. If we discontinue the service we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and the chance to download your designs.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion cancels your plan, removes your designs, photos and personal details, forfeits any remaining designs and cannot be undone; purchase records are kept as the law requires. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or has been unused for a long time after its plan ended, giving notice where we reasonably can.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

StoneSwap and every design it produces are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of products or output, or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits or lost contracts, or for decisions, quotes, purchases or construction made in reliance on a design. Our total liability for all claims connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you. You are responsible for what you upload and agree to cover us against third-party claims arising from content you had no right to submit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction. If mandatory consumer law where you live gives you other rights, those rights are not affected.
